Milton L. Cruz, Esq., is the CEO of Insignia Senior Living, company which he founded in 2003 with his wife, Aileen Rosso. Insignia owns and operates nine senior living communities in Georgia and Puerto Rico. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare and hospital administration, including 10 years as CEO of Puerto Rico's premier hospital network, San Pablo Health System, Mr. Cruz leads by example through his commitment to the industry. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia and other non for profit organizations. Mr. Cruz has a Masters of Law from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctor from Boston University, a Bachelor of Arts from Mercer University, and a Masters of Health Services Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. He is also a Fellow of The American College of Healthcare Executives and has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Top Management Award, Top Ten Business Leaders of PR, and the Regent Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives. In his spare time, Mr. Cruz enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, traveling and exercising.
