Van Cluck is the President and Chief Development Officer for L4 Lifestyles, an innovative senior living and lifestyles services provider headquartered in Lebanon, TN. He was previously the CEO of Blakeford, Inc. in Nashville, TN. where he led the launch of two new innovative companies including a "continuing care without walls" company and a non-medical home health company. He also successfully led the organization through its first national accreditation process. Van is also an adjunct faculty member for the College of Business at Lipscomb University where he currently teaches in the MBA program. He is a member of the LeadingAge TN Board of Directors currently serving as Immediate Past Chair and is a Certified Aging Services Professional.
