The Houston-based senior living owner/operator/developer provides services to over 900 residents in California, Texas, Georgia & Louisiana. Its executives have a combined 140+ years of experience in the senior living industry.
Mittendorff is an experienced senior living owner/operator/developer, having deployed over $900 million of equity into solely senior living assets, totaling over 12,800 beds across 72 transactions, 22 states & over $2.8 billion in value. His management experience covers all property types including independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing & CCRCs. Likewise, his investment experience covers the spectrum including complex repositioning, turnaround, distressed debt, ground-up development & stabilized “core” assets.
Mittendorff is committed to marrying the company’s 40-year culture & history of loving care & services with the research, innovation & technology of tomorrow as he continues strategic acquisitions & new development across the nation. He spent the prior decade leading the growth of another company from 4 communities to 38 communities, eventually operating across 21 states.
